### Apartment 'Stella' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Stella Vacanze apartment is located in Otranto and overlooks the sea. The 100 m² property features a living room with a sofa for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 5 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. The apartment offers a private outdoor area with a covered terrace and balcony.  
  
Please avoid making noise in the pool area after 10:00 pm. The property is close to the beach and public transport links are within walking distance.  
  
Free street parking is available, as well as a garage parking space. A secure, enclosed car park for medium-sized vehicles is 200 metres from the apartment.
