"Brand new, with spacious great room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. This home is clean, nicely furnished, and stocked with all you need to cook, dine, and relax. We were able to bring our small, 7 lb dog and he slept well in his crate and went outside on his leash. Back deck and fence are not yet completed. Quiet neighborhood is a short drive to shopping or the beautiful beachside boardwalk. Homeowner responded primptly to enquiries."

"The reservation and access process went smoothly. Communication with host Julia was most helpful. The home is beautiful and was more expansive than we needed. The grandchildren had fun exploring the property finding the games and toys. Principal rooms are large; appointments make it luxurious; the beds were comfortable, the appliances, utensils, plates and glasses were used. It was the perfect venue to complete an emotional day. As seniors we feel the cold and therefore would not have rented this property had we known. "The dock being located a very short walk away was a bit of an inconvenience but the spot was nice. Never used the hot tub…was disgustingly dirty upon arrival. However host addressed right away and sent a cleaner the next day. It took 2 days for the water in the tub to heat back up and another day to clear. We decided not to use it. But it dod become very clean. All in all a nice place for the price and so easy to get to."

"The room was very nice and clean. Spacious and I think is fairly new. Bathroom was quite big and lots of towels. The bed was comfortable but wasn’t a fan of the pillows. They were too soft but they weren’t terrible. The front staff was really friendly when we checked in and out. The breakfast was really good. I would stay there again."
