Warm, friendly welcome from staff. Carparking at the rear was free. The adjoining public car is also free from 1730 to 0730 and all day Sunday. Excellent value for money in a pub with rooms. Double en-suite room was clean and comfortable. It had all you would want for a couple of nights stay exploring the area.

Very modern decor and clean apart from stain on duvet cover…. Didn’t get chance to try breakfast but hope to go back soon …. I would recommend a stay here.

Just fabulous. Central location but quiet. Nice staff. Great value for money. Great breakfast. Room comfortable, clean and dark. Would definitely stay again.

Really nice hotel have stayed here before whilst working in the area. Again i gound it very clean and friendly.

Great place to stay in Otley
Very clean and comfortable room. I was a little concerned that I might be disturbed by noise from the bar (it is a pub afterall), but the accomodation is two floors above the bar, so no issues with noise whatsoever. Friendly staff. Good Breakfast. Central location. I would stay again.

Great place to stay. If the restaurant is closed there is a lovely indian next door. Rooms a good size and very comfy. Staff very friendly

Comfortable Friendly hotel
Very Clean comfortable bedrooms, very quiet. Good hearty breakfast in the morning. Easy access when we got back late after a wedding. Friendly staff. Would certainly recommend and would use again if in the area.

Nice room, very clean, staff very friendly & helpful. Lovely freshly cooked breakfast. It is up 2 flights of stairs so you do need to be reasonably mobile, staff on hand to help with luggage though.

Cozy and good value for money
Nice place and had everything needed for a business stay. Wasnt serving food when I arrived so went on a walk around the town. Plenty of options available. Limited parking was inconvenient and had to park in a pay and display car park next to the venue on my second night.

Nice stay
We were greeted by a pleasant young man who took us up to our room. He told us about the hotel and places to eat in the town. Breakfast was very good and we were looked after by the manager who was very nice. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

Booked at The Horse and Farrier in Otley overnight to attend a friend's Wedding at Chevin lodge.We had a very comfortable stay and the breakfast was lovely.would highly recommended.

Frustratingly disappointing.
Easy check in and very friendly and helpful cleaner at our room. Having booked a table for dinner we found the dining area used for an outside booking. They said we had a table in another part of the bar area. It was a coffee table! They moved us to another area for a proper table and left us the menu. We were about to order when one of the staff appeared to inform us there was a restricted menu that night due to the outside booking, so only burgers and pizzas! I wanted to leave but time was getting. We ordered burgers which were very good, but not what we planned for our wedding anniversary break. There were only 2 of us for breakfast but they got the order wrong as he didn’t write it down. He apologised and took them back. By the time they came back we’d drunk the tea so I asked for another pot. He said he’d have to charge for it! The breakfast was great and the following day too. We ate elsewhere on the 2nd night.

A real mixed bag.
Check in very good. The room was very comfortable. The only problem was the shower ran dry halfway through. Good job I wasn't washing my hair! Breakfast service and food were awful. We were told to be in breakfast for 8.45. We then waited until 9.30 to be served (even though there was only 2 other couples in). The eggs were hard, sausages not hot & bacon only just cooked. When we asked for fresh tea to have with breakfast, as we'd already drunk our first pot of tea whilst waiting, we were initially told we had to pay for it as only the first pot is complimentary! When I complained we were told we didn't need to pay. The chef apologised and said they were having a bad day. It's a shame because the room was very nice and location excellent.
