"Just next to the canal and the brewery is a plus, but it’s a little far from the Sakaimachi shopping street.
Rooms are normal but clean, hotel staff is friendly.
Carpark is a little unexpected, using a parking conveyor lift but staff are on hand to guide you through the process "
"The room is very small especially the bath room, hard to move around. The wall is thin, can hear next room talking louder. But the location is really good. Walkable distance to otaru station, Otaru canal. Front staff is nice too. Help us to make a phone call to my next hotel in Niseko. "

5/5 Excellent
"Groovy place. Only thing that seems a bit strange is what seemed to be a black light was attached to the bed’s headboard on the side. I haven’t seen that before.
Location is great and there are a ton of bars/restaurants nearby if that’s what you’re into."
