« I have always known this particular hotel very well since my teens, and have always stayed here with my family during most of our overseas trips to Hokkaido for the past decade or so. Now, I've conquered it and stayed here alone. The room was comfortable and was just the way I remembered it, especially the surroundings of the entrance hall. The staff were very hospitable and one of them went as far as assisting me with my baggage to the cab when I checked out. Waking up to the views of the Sea...

"Une très bonne expérience. Une chambre très bonne, bien que le matelas était dure je n'ai jamais eu mal au dos. C'est très bien placé dans la ville, prêt de la station sapporo. Je considère que le plan avec le déjeuner valait la peine, très varié et délicieux. Comme c'était mon premier hotel à mon arrivée au japon c'était vraiment bien d'avoir une chose de moins à penser. Le check in tardif fut un life saver, il y a eu des retards dans mes vols donc je suis arrivé un peu après minuit. Le seul bémol, c'est que selon les autres avis, le staff parlait anglais, sachez qu'il y a quand même une barrière de langue. L'utilisation de note traduite peut être utile pour des situations plus complexes. "
