Across the road from Otaki Beach, this A-frame beauty provides a unique stay with modern comforts. Welcome to Alpha!  
  
Boasting coastal views, step onto the elevated balcony and take in the sights. This holiday home is perfectly positioned to capture views from the sea to the hills.  
  
Split over two levels, Alpha is equipped for your beachside getaway. Follow the tiled flooring through the open-plan living space. Comprised of a modern kitchen and furnishings, gather and relax while staying connected via WiFi and a TV.  
  
This Otaki Beach accommodation sleeps up to six guests across two bedrooms. Upstairs, the master bedroom enjoys an ensuite-style toilet, while a secondary bedroom provides two single beds. Downstairs, the sofa bed sleeps two, while a family-sized bathroom is the making of a convenient stay.  
  
Situated on a fully-fenced corner section, enjoy the peace and quiet on this well-tended site. Alpha boasts the security of a double garage, while there’s off-street parking for a boat up to 5-metres.  
  
This prime spot means you’re directly across the road from the shores of Otaki Beach and the local Surf Lifesaving Club! The local amenities of Otaki are just a five-minute drive away, while you’re just a one-hour drive to central Wellington.  
  
Alpha is your Otaki beachside retreat!
