Apartment in villa with shared pool is the perfect solution for families with children who want to reach within ten minutes the beaches awarded each year by the Blue Flag. Located in a residential area, the apartment offers three beds, is spread over one floor and consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom and a bright and cozy living area with sofa bed.  
  
The real highlight of this apartment is the outdoor area, which includes a swimming pool for having fun or relaxing in the sun and under the veranda. The surrounding garden is well maintained, ideal for relaxing.  
  
The safe and quiet environment makes it perfect for families with children, who will enjoy large spaces and a cozy atmosphere.  
  
A short distance from the Regional Park of the Coastal Dunes and the Reserve of Torre Guaceto. The picturesque Ostuni is a 5-minute drive away, a city rich in culture, history, chic bars and excellent trattorias.
