Der Föhn im Duschbad, da funktioniert der Schalter nicht, der Föhn geht direkt an und überhitzt direkt.Eine Teekanne mit passendem Deckel wäre wünschenswert, Die Kaffeemaschine funktioniert, aber mit einer einfachen French-Press könnte man auch Heißen Kaffee kochen.In der Raume je. Entfernung zum Strand ist ein schöner Spaziergang, fürs Strandgepäck gibt es einen Bollerwagen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Über den Kleiderschrank wurde schon lange nicht mehr geputzt.Das Haus ist etwas weit vom Hauptstand und Zentrum entfernt, trotz allem sind genügend Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Teilweise können Gegenstände mal erneuert werden, wie z.B. die Liegen im Saunabereich. Der Garten und die Sauna könnten den Aufenthalt angenehm machen, allerdings trübten mehrere Punkte unser Erlebnis deutlich.Die Sauna kostet 1 pro 10 Minuten. Leider flog während der Aufheizphase die Sicherung raus, die Zeitschaltuhr lief aber weiter – wir zahlten also umsonst. Ein Hinweis darauf fehlt – sehr ärgerlich. Im Garten fanden wir Scherben, und der Rasen wirkte etwas ungepflegt. Die Lage direkt an der Hauptstraße ist eher laut und da die Hecke nicht blickdicht ist, fehlt es an Privatsphäre.Am schlimmsten war jedoch der Umgang beim Check-out: Wir waren etwa eine Stunde über der Zeit und gerade beim Gehen – das Haus hatten wir sehr sauber hinterlassen. Statt eines höflichen Hinweises wurden wir ohne Begrüßung scharf angesprochen, wir sollten sofort raus. Parallel rief noch jemand an – ebenfalls in unfreundlichem Ton. Auf meinen Hinweis, dass 10 Uhr sehr früh sei(bei sehr spätem Check-In), entgegnete man mir, das sei in allen Objekten so, und wenn mir das nicht passe, solle ich woanders buchen. Selbst beim Ausparken wurden wir nochmals angeschrien. So geht man mit Gästen nicht um.Fazit: Das Haus hat Potenzial, aber der Service, die Kommunikation und der Umgangston waren inakzeptabel. Das Haus ist geschmacklich sehr schön eingerichtet und - insbesondere der kombinierte Raum aus Wohnen, Essen, Küche - schön hell. Die Schlafräume hingegen sind mit Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten ausgestattet. Prima auch, dass es im Flur Bewegungsmelder für die Beleuchtung gibt!Wichtige Dinge wie Supermarkt, Fahrradverleih, Hafen und Gastro gibt es in fußläufiger Nähe. Leider könnte es etwas sauberer sein, wir haben an vielen Ecken Sand gefunden (auf den Stühlen, Matratzen, teilweise Boden). Der Geschirrspüler sollte einmal überprüft werden, da er nicht wirklich sauber wäscht. Die Sicherung fliegt bei der Benutzung der Sauna ab und zu raus und der Garten könnte etwas liebe und vor allem Wasser gebrauchen. Weitere Büsche oder eine Hecke als Sichtschutz hinter dem Klettergerüst wären schön. Ansonsten aber ein schönes Ferienhaus in schöner Lage. ##### Stefka T. Alles sauber und durch kleine Hinweisschilder erklärt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet! Die matratzen hätten für unseren Geschmack etwas härter sein können. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgebern verlief super unkompliziert und der selbständige Check-In und Check-Out machen Abreise und Abreise leicht. die Preisgestaltung für Bettwäsche (24Eur/ Person) finden wir etwas überzogen.
