The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV and a selection of children's books and toys. A high chair is also available. The highlight of this apartment is its private outdoor area with a garden and a furnished covered terrace. There is also a shared outdoor area with barbecue. The property is situated in a picturesque area with crippled pines and high dunes. There are cycling and hiking trails nearby. It is recommended to visit Ribnitzer Moor. The distance to the beach is 20 m. Cultural offerings and events are available in the nearby municipalities. Public transport links are located within walking distance. The property will be refurbished in winter 2024 and will have a modern design starting in spring 2025. A parking space is available on the property. Sitzauflagen für draußen alt und muffig. Bad zweckmäßig, gutes Schlafsofa im zweiten, kl. Zimmer. Aber: wunderbare Lage, eingezäuntes Grundstück mit großem Garten und Sitzgelegenheiten, sowie Parkplatz und Raum für Fahrräder. Nette Vermieterin, die sich sehr bemüht zeigte, Probleme zu lösen. ##### Karen L.
