There is a leisure pool and a mini golf course just 350 meters away. You can reach the surrounding Baltic Sea baths - Baabe, Göhren and the Granitz hunting lodge on the route to Binz, as well as Putbus and Lauterbach with its charming marina with the well-known Rasender Roland Rügen pool. For both apartments there is a shared washing machine in the technical room. 4 \*\*\*\* Apartment Baltic Sea (EG) - barrier-free: The 3-room apartment with about 90 square meters of living space is located on the ground floor of the house. The large, open, light-flooded living / dining area is equipped with a cozy sofa set (an extra bed is here for a 5th and 6th Person on request), an LCD TV, Bluray player and a stereo. The harmoniously integrated kitchen unit in the living area has a fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, hand mixer and various Small items. 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each offer enough storage space for your wardrobe.
