The 55sqm large comfortable and fully equipped 3-room apartment in a quiet location (non-smoking, 3 adults, 1 child up to 17 years) is located on the ground floor with a bathroom-style covered patio area (south side) and surrounding green area. Garden table, garden chairs and 2 sun loungers complete your outdoor area. Barbecuing is allowed on your terrace. Bushes and a privacy screen to the neighboring apartment preserves your privacy. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating in all rooms. The living area is furnished in Rügen style with a cozy corner sofa set, wicker chairs, table, sideboard and LCD satellite TV in HD quality and CD player with radio. Your dining area with large table and four chairs is located directly between the terrace and the open but separate cooking area, which is fully equipped with 4 hotplates, refrigerator with \*\*\* freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc. , The large bedroom has a double bed (2x90x200cm) in a comfortable bed height with high quality mattresses in hotel quality and each with its own bedside table with lamp. The 2m wide wardrobe (mirrored doors) offers enough space for all your clothes. The window can be reliably darkened at night with a high-quality dense shade. The second bedroom without wardrobe is equipped with two single beds over corner (each 80x200 cm), of which one is installed in an elevated (98 cm high). Reading lamps, 2 stools and a drawer element as well as a reliably darkening roller blind complete the furnishings. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a glass shower, toilet, hair dryer, towel rail heater and a large vanity with ample storage space. The large recessed mirror can accommodate 2 people. Due to the massive construction method with sand-lime brick, Haus Rügenwind offers a pleasant indoor climate in every season and in addition the ideal sound insulation between the apartments. Additional service is Wi-Fi, which you can use during the entire stay completely free of charge. In a common room you will find additional washing machine and dryer (coin machines). For a small child-bed (inclusive) a travel cot (without mattress and bed inlett) as well as a high chair are ready for you. Directly at the house are your parking spaces (inclusive). For your bikes there is also a suitable parking space directly behind the house. Pets are welcome upon registration, but are not allowed to enter the dormitories. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for 12,00 �� per person or supplement by own.
