### Baabe Villen Ensemble FeWo 15 Strandsonne Ref. 213134

Exclusively furnished 3-room apartment for 4 people in the newly opened villa ensemble (rental starts in summer 2019) Washing machine (for a fee) equipped. Look forward to relaxing days on the Baltic Sea and enjoy the fresh sea air!The villa ensemble in Baabe opened in July 2019 and is located in close proximity to the beach and the sea. It is divided into the two houses dune and sandpiper. Due to the location by the sea you have a great sea view from many of the exclusive apartments. There are a total of around 40 high-quality modern residential units, all with a balcony or terrace, floor-to-ceiling windows and underfloor heating. A communal sauna with relaxation room is available in the basement. There is also a washer and dryer for a fee.

Bright luxury apartment with sea view and parking lot with electricity in the Villa Düne in the Villa Ensemble Baabe. The apartment is on the 2nd Floor and with about 65 square meters offers plenty of space for a family or 2 couples. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a TV and an extra guest toilet. Underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth in all rooms. From the balcony you have a nice side sea view. The open kitchen and the dining area are of high quality and comfortably furnished, dishwasher, induction cooker and oven are a matter of course. There is also a washing machine and WiFi. Pets are not allowed in this apartment. This apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed. In the basement of the villa ensemble there is a wellness area with a communal sauna (for a fee). Your apartment has a 2.70 meter wide, spacious parking lot (with sep. Electricity).  
  
Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and departure is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
