Magnificent location: cozy cottage with charm

In a beautiful secluded location north of the village Osterhever is the typical North Frisian clinker house. The house was built in 1930, completely renovated several years ago. Now (summer 2019) it is being modernized and completely refitted. Photos of the interior are therefore currently only conditionally possible and are replenished as quickly as possible. From 2020, the house can be rented and then has a new facility!
In the middle of a summer dike, the building is located on a total of approx. 4,000 m² of land in the middle of Eiderstedt's marsh landscape. It is fantastically ingrown and surrounded by mature trees. Through the trees you can see the Westerhever lighthouse.
Here, the infinite tranquility and vastness of nature can be extensively enjoyed. Nevertheless, it is centrally located with short car paths to all attractions.

The ground floor is the fully equipped and fully equipped kitchen, the adjacent living and dining area with wood stove and TV, the bathroom and a bedroom with double bed (size 180 x 200 cm). Thus, everything is necessary at ground level daily. A staircase / staircase leads upstairs to a large living room with TV and integrated reading area with panoramic windows and a second bedroom with two single beds, which can be optionally put together.
Of course, the house has a Wi-Fi connection, 2 flat screens and a music system.
Outside there is a terrace, in the annex washing machine with dryer and storage facilities for bicycles and other sports equipment.
Towels and bed linen are already included in the cleaning fee.
Children are welcome! It is unsuitable for toddlers. Parties are not allowed.
Arrival and departure are usually on Saturdays. Depending on the season and occupancy also on another day. A minimum stay is therefore required only in the main season.

Osterhever can be reached by car in 2 minutes, the nearest supermarket in Garding in 8 minutes, the center of Sankt Peter-Ording and the kilometer-long sandy beach in 17 minutes. The next bathing bay in Tetenbüll is already reached after 6 min. All surrounding sights are easily reached by bike. The cities Tönning or Husum are only a few minutes away by car. Thus, the house is an ideal starting point in all directions!

With great attention to detail, a combination of old and new, the North Frisian character, the fireplace and the panoramic windows, an ambience to feel good! People who love the tranquility of nature and yet short car paths to the center or to the beach, are just the thing for us!
