The hotel is an adult hotel and not allowing teenagers to use pool and gym.. ı have booked the trip for Easter holiday for my child and paid extremely high price for just sitting in the hotel room .. -7 degree, snowing weather.. So hotel must clarify the status as adult hotel and should not sell the room for families without notifying.. there were no notice about this policy about the hotel while booking.. Cost us huge amount of money with huge disappointment..

Nice surprise in downtown Norrköping
The hotel was a nice surprise when we stayed for one night in April. The hotel is in a cluster of buildings around a central courtyard, whick means that accessing the rooms might require negotiating winding corridors on several levels and stairways, but elevators are present between levels. The room, although tiny, was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful. Paid parking was available across the street from the hotel.

Fantastic breakfast!
The breakfast was amazing and our upgrade to high standard beds Carpe Diem iwas soooo worth the cost! A cosy and beautiful hotel and next time we will have dinner at the restaurant! Looking forward to next time. The balcony was unfortunatelyc a bit small in size

One of the best hotel!
For the people who don't want a long review: fantastic is the word! Great staff! One of the best breakfasts I've had with over 300 hotel nights all over the world in my baggage!!! A clean and beautifully designed room! Perfect location in a fancy area. I really don't have anything but the extra fee for the spa to complain about ! One of my top 5 hotels in the world! The hotel gets a 9.5/10 I want to give it a 10 but I think that the relax area should be included or at least at a reduced price when you stay at the hotel! Long review: To start with we read some of the not so good reviews. They mainly focused on unpleasant staff at the front desk and the cleanliness of some parts of the hotel. And I want to be very clear that we saw nothing of that! Very friendly and welcoming staff at the front desk. She gets 10/10 Our room looked so good! Right out of a interior decorator magazine! The TV was a bit small if you care about that sort of thing but we didn't even use it so no complaint from us. Luxury bath supplies and both robes and slippers were thick and so cozy! The rest of the hotel looked really good ! Clean and beautiful. We also read that some people complained of noice but we didn't hear the night club or the trams. The air-conditioning worked really good. Only time we heard some noice and people was when we opened the window. It's really a top class hotel! /Susanne

Good location, but not ideal for families as it’s a quite loud hotel and they charge extra for everything kid related (like a baby crib) and the “family room” was quite small

Its 2 star to me they have elevator that scary
The hotel is not that nice you have to go out from your hotel to other building to have breakfast. You have to pay parking , sauna and pool and gym too . They are not very helpful one guy who check me in he is nice but we didn't see him after our check in the rest no good . Sat and Sunday at night its like a ghost town very quite

Great hotel in centre of Norrkoping
Fabulous hotel with great staff. Would def stay there again. At first I was in a room in the annex and it was not soundproof so could hear all the trams - if you're a light sleeper avoid these rooms. Then they kindly transferred me to the main building to a room away from the street and it was blissful. Great breakfast and gym. Restaurant was always lively and busy - looked like a great place to dine but I didn't get a chance. Highly recommend this hotel.

Spiderweb in room, forgot to clean room when we were gone from 9am to 9 PM. So no clean towels or sheets. Door keys didnt work and had to redo new ones 3 times. Never write on reviews but had to this time. Never again.

Luxury stopover
Broke journey to Stockholm and this turned it to be such a high point - relaxing welcoming boutique hotel, very special and amazing evening meal. A real treat!

Cool hotel, great style but a little too dark. Black walls in the room were a little bit gloomy rather than chic. Ask for a room away from the street as these rooms are over looked & the trams run into the night

We really enjoyed staying at The Lamp, it really is a special hotel. The rooms are beautiful and a nice size. The breakfast was included and had a good selection of things to choose from.

Cosy atmosphere, very friendly and service minded staff. Good location. Spa is nice and relatively clean. Hotel will debit your card EUR 150 on top of room charge (!) which will be returned to you in 2-3 bank days after check out. To protect themselves from people beating the check. Unconventional - never saw anything similar in any European hotel I've ever stayed. Trust your guests
