Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and quiet. The breakfast was great. The one negative is the bathrooms smell very bad. It seems that maybe it has something to do with the plumbing. Maybe it's not properly vented or something. But this was the case in my room and also my brother's room. I'm not sure if this is common in Sweden or specific to this hotel but I probably would not stay here again because of it. Everything else was wonderful, so it's a shame that they allow this condition to persist. Also there were no washcloths in the bathroom to use in the shower, you just have to lather up with your bare hands.

Good location , within walking distance
Location was good , right in town , car park is in the next street but easy to access and on street level. Overall clean and the Cathedral is within walking distance as well as pedestrian street for shopping

Långsam incheckning då det endast var en person i receptionen. Rummet helt okej men är ingen hög mysfaktor som saknas på alla större hotellkedjor. Mycket folk på frukost med trängsel som följd.

Best hotel in sweden
Excellent location remodelled 4 star rooms huge and grand . Great restaurant and complete huge breakfast buffet. Our room had crystal wall bathroom brandnew very clean with his and hers robe. Great treat for goid price. Parking a fre blicks but worth it in the middle of ALK
