Apartment Sea En Rose exudes a warm and cozy atmosphere, ideal for families with children. This oasis of tranquility can accommodate 5 people in 2 comfortable bedrooms. Enjoy a spacious, bright living room and a sunny terrace where it is delightful to stay. Located within walking distance (10 minutes) from the beach and near the center of Ostend, you have everything within reach for a relaxing stay.  
  
The Space:  
Upon arriving at the domain where apartment Sea En Rose is located, you are immediately immersed in an oasis of peace and tranquility. The car-free zone makes it the perfect place for families with children. The green surroundings create a relaxing atmosphere while offering all the comforts of a central location.  
  
Inside the apartment, the open and bright living room immediately catches your eye. Pink accents add a warm and cozy touch. Thanks to the large windows in the living area, you enjoy direct access to the sunny private terrace from both the kitchen and the living room.  
  
The terrace is a true highlight: nicely decorated with dune plants and equipped with a large dining table, perfect for a cozy breakfast or a relaxed dinner after a day at the beach. The holiday vibe is always present here. With afternoon and evening sun and full enclosure for optimal privacy and safety, children can play freely. There is also direct access to a private, enclosed bicycle storage.  
  
The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes modern appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, toaster, and electric kettle.  
  
Sea En Rose can accommodate up to 5 people and offers two tastefully decorated bedrooms. One room has a double bed and ample wardrobe space, while the second bedroom has two single beds, one of which can be extended into an extra bed — ideal for children. All beds are made up on arrival with high-quality linen.  
  
The bathroom is spacious and features a large walk-in shower and double sink. A separate toilet adds to the comfort. Fresh towels are provided.  
  
The location is excellent: only a 10 minute walk to the beach and close to the vibrant center of Ostend. Shops, restaurants, the sea, and cultural highlights are all within easy reach. In addition, upon arrival, you can immediately park your car in the apartment's garage box. – Sea En Rose is the perfect base for an unforgettable seaside stay.

Guests have full access to the apartment and its facilities.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:  
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €500\. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

CLEANING:  
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.  
  
CONSUMPTION:  
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.  
  
CONTROL:  
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
