#### Great location, but let down

Overall the experience was quite challenging. I went with my young family and elderly relatives. We arrived a little early for our 5 pm check in and waited, and waited. I contacted the vendor but no response. We finally got the key at 5:20, after everyone was tired of waiting. The space was adequate, inside was clean and we had almost everything we needed. Very little hand soap, so I had to buy some. Some of the outside furniture was so dirty as to being unusable by my young children. With eight of us staying I became conscious that we were only provided two rolls of toilet paper for three nights. I thought we might just be ok, but my daughter was unwell on the last night and I contact the vendor at 4:30 am as they said they were a 24/7 service. I had no response untill after we had checked out in the afternoon. I had to go to the shops when they opened. I found this level of service extremely disappointing. If they advertise as having a 24/7 service but can't deliver, then don't say that. Great location, but in a building site as they are still building apartments so any longer and the noise would have been too much.
