"My experience at Hotel Bero was overall very positive. The location was really great; a 5 minute walk from the beach is amazing for a vacation. The room was clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable and the bathtub was really big. The staff were polite and informative. I would definitely go back for another visit if I'm ever in Ostend again. "

"Fantastic welcome from Lee, very knowledgeable and pointed out places to visit as well as recommending area to but local beer and mayo which the kids loved. Lovely Continental Breakfast, i usually dont eat it but it was very enjoyable. We were late checking out due to my oversight but the staff couldnt have been more accomodating. Will definitely revisit as the Hotel was great and we all fell in love witj the area and people."
