However, the check in was overly complicated and when it didn't seem to be working we were unable to contact anyone gor help. Just getting an automated response was unhflpful, to say the least. Other minor niggles were that despite us staying for four nights there was one toilet roll and one coffee pod. Seemed a bit uneccesarily mean. Finally, it wasn't in a nice part of town and actually felt a little unsafe after dark. Dies ist vorher leider so nicht erkennbar. Verbesserungsvorschläge werden nicht verfolgt. Die telefonische Erreichbarkeit ist immer mit (z.T. längeren) Wartezeiten verbunden. Bei Problemen können hier schnell mehrere Stunden vergehen, bis man endlich im Apartment ist. Die Dusche im Apartment war so verstopft, dass die Duschwanne nach wenigen Sekunden überlief. Die Dusche war praktisch nicht benutzbar. Das Apartment selber war einfach, aber modern ausgestattet. Die Lage befindet sich in einem eher "angespannten" sozialem Umfeld. Hier gibt es deutlich schönere Lagen in Osnabrück. Die Apartments im Hinterhaus wären schön ruhig, wenn es dort nicht ein doch recht lautes technisches Aggregat des Nachbargebäudes gäbe. Da es keine Klimaanlage gibt, muss man sich also zwischen Lärm oder Wärme entscheiden. Die Bausubstanz ist insgesamt sehr hellhörig. Besonders die laut schließenden Türen sind regelmäßig zu hören.
