Loved this friendly & helpful staff…, Selma, Miguel , Paulo, Annalice and all others were beyond professionals at providing their services to each guest. Hotel is beautiful inside and out ! It was a good stay and everyone was helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The heater wasn't working but we were only there for one night and the blankets kept us warm. The receptionist got maint. there as soon as we told her. I'd stay here again.

I chose one of the sea view rooms that was slightly more expensive, and smaller, then the other rooms, but it was worth it to see the gorgeous view of the city in the sunshine. The staff were very helpful and polite, the food in the hotel restaurant was the best meal we had in Stockholm and priced very well in such an expensive city. We didn’t have time to visit the spa sadly but looked lovely.

The staff at this hotel made our stay utterly fabulous. From arranging spa services to going the extra mile to outsource a bakery for special cake delivery, they couldn't have been more polite, kind, patient and accommodating!
