The staff were very courteous and pleasant to be around. The only thing that was really hard to deal with was the 300 stairs that you have to endure getting in and out of the hotel. They set up my whale shark swim, plus made sure I was on one of the first boats! Reasonable prices on bottles of water. Relaxing sound of waves. Relaxing music all night. Cons: Lots of steps involved The pool wasn't very clean The Tv signal is nonexistent I enjoyed my stay here and the staff. The steps don't bother a mountain climber, and the view is beautiful! They should specify what are anemities the included so that the customer wont expect too much from them. They should have toiletries and easy access to their internet. It won't reach every room since the area is elevated. They have posted about their jacuzzi, however it is not functioning when we get there. Otherwise, They have very accommodating staff most especially their security. The view is truly a paradise. My brother-in-law and we travelled together, and we have two separate reservations at this hotel last night. First of all, there are 220 steps to our room from the lobby. And to check-in, we need to go 40 more steps to the reception. My brother-in-law has a bad knee, and he had to check-in to a different hotel. For me, I now have a sprained knee after all the ups and downs. Luggage had be zipped-line down to the room. I blame both Hotels.com and the Hotel for not letting us know about the steps. I demand the refund from either hotels.com and/or the hotel. This is a one-star hotel. TV was broken, room was so dated, shower splashes water all over the bathroom, and there is no wi-fi.
