We were able to check in early, doing the room clean and warm, staff very friendly. Great breakfast and a bag store so we could leave our bags and explore the local area

The hotel was close to amenities and sites. The staff was great and helpful. The area was a little seedy, not a place I would feel comfortable walking alone at night.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was terrific, something for everyone. However it is located next to a bar/restaurant and our room was beside it - the noise made it impossible to sleep.

Concerns about leaving the hotel at night. Felt unsafe. For the first night we were placed on the fifth floor with extremely low ceilings. Almost hit my head twice during the night. Although I immediately requested a room change, there were no rooms available. Once moved to a different room,everything was fine. Excellent breakfast!

Wonderful staff, excellent breakfast, nice tea and coffee in rooms. Clean bathroom, comfortable bed, spacious and secure luggage storage. The only (small) problem I found is drainage in the shower: after a short time at moderate pressure, the water seeps out of the unit onto the floor. Overall, my stay was excellent value for money; I would like to thank the staff and heartily recommend the hotel.

I had a great experience staying here. The location is perfect-I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go, but it was also close to the train station. Staff were very friendly and my room was spacious, clean and quiet. The standout was the complimentary breakfast-fantastic!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small, but comfortable and clean. The breakfast provided was of a very high quality and of a large variety of items. The area around the hotel was noisy with a carnival across the street and bars with live music close by.

Convenient location. To increase service and clean
We stayed two nights in this more business- than tourism-oriented place. The size of rooms is in the standard size side but having problems to manage two pieces of luggage comfortably. The location is good for reaching public transportation and visit the most important areas of the city. Incredibly in this kind of hotel I was denied without explanation, by apparently a higher-level executive, the change of a supposedly large amount bill for smaller notes, to facilitate the usage of cash during mi day trip. Also, it was obvious that the cleaning of the room was only made to the minimum required areas with many aspects not touched according with standards.

Great stay- recommend!
Our stay was great! Hotel is in a very central location- easily walkable to sites of Oslo. Breakfast buffet was incredible! We parked around the corner (a 30 second walk) in a garage that was just under $30/day.

Superb breakfast - hot breakfast, cereals, fruit, cured meats and fish, cheeses, fresh smoothies, teas, coffees, fruit juice. Allergens catered for fantastically- all alternative milks available and particularly good on dairy/lactose free and gluten free. Staff very friendly and always on hand to help. Rooms very clean too. Good walking distance between amenities. Only downside is the room was constantly hot even with windows open and air conditioning controlled and the outside street could be a bit disruptive but other than these points would definitely recommend.

Oslo city visit
The hotel is very good value. Very comfortable rooms and good choice at breakfast. Easy 10 min walk from the train station and only 5 mins walk to the Oslo Food Market which is worth a visit if you like fun busy places to eat.
