A corner apartment in a classic and historic small house. The backyard was significantly upgraded in 2025 and is definitely one of the most beautiful backyards in the district. A hidden gem, shielded from view and noise - perfect for families with children. The apartment interior was newly renovated in 2025 with exclusive standards, custom solutions and beautiful color combinations.
