The apartment is clean and has complete appliances. The location is around 10 minutes walk to Oslo Central and 3 minutes to Oslo Bus Terminal. It is just 3 minutes walk to Grønland where there are plenty of Mediterranean and Indian restaurants.

I dont even know where to begin. Key pick-up out of hours. No phone or internet access so found a random person to phone. Collected keys and it was literally like escape room trying to get into ghetto. Rubbish on lift floor. Unless you like cooking in the dark, forget it. No soap other than dishwasher detergent. Feaces in toilet. Wifi password non existent despite instructions on router. Pillows like sleeping on a cactus. Overall possibly the worst experience in history.

Handy location
This was a very handy place to stay, close to the bus and train stations. We arrived by train and the instructions we were given to get to the office was very clear and easy to follow. Apartment is located close to a supermarket and we could easily find something to eat close by. The rooms were very clean, however the pillows were extremely flat and uncomfortable.

The check-in was poorly organized. We were given keys and a map. We had to walk a couple of blocks in a snow storm from the office to the building and then when we got to the building 12 tried to find the given door that was nowhere to be found,do we tried the key on all the doors of the 6th floor as indicated on our map. We finally called to be told that we were in building 10 and on the 3rd floor. Once we got there,the appartment was spacious. Essentials were limited 2 rolls of toilet paper, barely anything to do the dishes and absolutely no toiletries.

This was a great location to explore the city as first time travellers in Oslo. We arrived at the Buss Terminal which is less than a 10 minute walk to the apartment. (The bus was direct from Sandefjord Airport). The original check in point was closed but the entrance advised us to go all across the street. We hung around there and luckily a staff member was walking past and then helped with checking. The apartment was in a building, 1 minute walk away. It had a gated entrance, fob entry building. All very easy to access with our keys and instructions. The apartment itself was clean, spacious & fit for purpose. The warm tiled floors in the bathroom were great to walk on after a long day in the snow. My only criticism was that the bed is not the most comfortable, it was a simple one. I missed not having a headboard and we both missed not having second pillows. The location was excellent. We would walk to Jernbanetorget tram stop each day (10mins max) and get line 12 to most of our sights. We discovered ‘Barcode Street Food’ on our last night. Highly recommend this as it’s a 7 min walk away (take the bridge) and it’s an indoor food market with lots of cuisines. The barcode area itself is walking distance and we loved walking through it. There are great coffee shops opposite and around the apartment.

Nice apartments equipped with everything you might need..Location is super convenient within walking distance of Oslo central station and main bus station..Grocery stores and shops nearby and also close to many attractions like The Munch museum , The Opera … easy access to public transportation that takes you anywhere in Oslo

Great apartment near train station
Overall very happy with the apartment. Be aware your apartment won't be at the address for the office, but nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful. One minor item - they should put something under the rug to keep it from sliding. All 3 of us almost fell at one point or another.

Spacious and comfortable
The check in was very easy. The apartment was enormous, it could easily accommodate 6 people. It had a huge balcony as well. It was very comfortable. And there are grocery stores near the apartment. And three parkings are near the building. The location is comfortably close to Karl Johan gate. The only downsides were that one of the light was not working in one room. And there was no shampoo and body lotion in the bathroom. I do recommend this place, specially if you are traveling with family.

Our apartment had a balcony overlooking a small square. It was fully equipped and we could have stayed a month without needing anything. We were so glad to have chosen this place.

I understand that this larger company manages many units but the apartment did not look like any of the pictures of the renovated units. It was adequate but missing things like a trash bin in the bathroom , a sponge to wash dishes, etc. We arrived late at night and retrieved the keys from key box in front of the business building - near train station, mostly easy to find. Our main issue was the noise in the square below the apartment on the weekend. There were dozens of people screaming and singing until 2 am. Families may want to consider this if staying in this area over weekend nights. That being said, the location is central, especially if you are using the train to go to and from Oslo airport.

The apartment itself was fine. But check in was no less than ‘escape the room’ level of complication. The address you get is near a lock, if you manage to find the lock you need to open it only to get a key and a map, … if you like puzzles you might appreciate it :-) twice we had to call them and twice we got terrible service: once in trying to figure out how to get in and once when we asked for late check out and were bluntly refused. They claimed they had a guest after us but they never really checked what apartment we were in. Our experience in Scandinavia was generally very good, mostly nice and friendly people. But not these guys.

Awful interaction with bjorvika apartments
Terrible. Check in is unclear and required me to play a scavenger hunt to collect the key before I could even get the location of the apartment. How am I supposed to plan when the location of the apartment was not at the office? The location of the apartment itself was in a terrible neighborhood, and the state of the apartment was sad to say the least. It was hotter than an oven upon check in, with no AC and next to no ventilation due to broken windows. I checked out immediately and into another apartment. Customer service for this apartment does not exist I am convinced, as I have received no response from them while harassing for weeks. Hotels.com has provided no assistance in recouping cost for this cancelation and disaster of a stay as well. Last time I will be booking with them.

Dear Viktorija. We are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your stay. As you booked at noon on the same day as arrival, only the booking confirmation was sent automatically. The whole city was under a heatwave and it was therefor warm all places. Our apartments do not have AC, so fans are provided and airing with the windows are necessairy. We hope that you had a nice time in Oslo regardless of the problems.

The apartment is centrally located. It was clean. They provided some dishwashing soap and landry detergent, which was nice. They do ask you to take out trash, which is reasonable, but did not provide any bags other than the one that was in the trash can. Our departure was a few hours after check out so they held our bags for us at their office. I like that the apartment was so close to transportation. Though it did not have AC, all we had to do was open the windows and doors and it was cool. Though it did not include a dryer, the clothes dried pretty quickly on the provided drying rack. I would stay there again.

The location is almost in centre but the neighbourhood seem a bit sketchy, the beds are not comfortable, they are to small and just not good, the furniture is a bit old, in general the appartment is poorly equipped

I booked two apartments thinking both apartments should be in one building as shown on the hotel page. But I did not realize that they are randomly scattered in different buildings, and the check-in office is in a totally different building too. It took us a good hour to figure out where to park our cars, how to enter the underground garage which is not obvious from the street, and which elevator to take to get to our buildings. We did this after checking in with a staff and were given maps of the buildings and talking to random people on the streets. I could image how difficult it would be if checking in late without talking to a real person. The rooms were clean and nice, which I have no complaints.

Good family apartment.
This was a great place to stay as a family of 6. Space for everyone, and plenty of space for luggage. The front office was helpful. Check in was smooth, even though we arrived very late at night. They'd arranged a key pick-up. The location near central station was very walkable and easy for transfers by bus or plane. And as a bonus, there was a playground and grocery store within 1-2 minutes.

Awesome Clean Apartment, Nice Location
The apartment was very clean and had a well appointed kitchen. We were very comfortable. Bus and train stations are close, about 7 and 11 minutes respectively. We really enjoyed our stay. The only complaints we have are that we would have liked more pillows for the beds and that the showers drain cover be screwed or glued down as it kept sliding out of place while showering. The shower itself was awesome! Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Would definitely stay again.
