"Was loud and kids everywhere yelling and running and hardly any parents around or doing anything about it. Couldn’t even eat or visit w out kids yelling over u and climbing rails and around in the plant area and just wild. Ended up leaving early because of the noise "

"So I have a laundry list as to why this place is horrible. The "maintenance guy" asked if we had any uppers to sell. There was what seemed to be blood stains on the wall. The lock.... was just a key that barely worked. How many times has that been copied? The door security latch was held together with a bold with no nut and was easily removable from the outside. Place was crawling with junies. There was carvings in the wall, as if someone had taken a knife and slashed about. The phone reciever wouldn't even attach to the phone. Hot water took 20min to heat up. Black mold all over the bathroom Tags and debris all over the back of the bathroom door. The door to the suite had clearly been kicked in before and left little to no security. Smashed out windows of a suite 2 down. No security cameras on the parking lot and minimal lighting. Don't bother with this place it should be bouldozed and owners should be ashamed."
