Very convenient, comfortable living spaces, games, TV’s, kitchen, and bathrooms, everything you could need. Charming old house with the quirks we are used to as we also have an old house. "This was our second year in a row staying at this place for the Unbound gravel race in Emporia. The bedrooms are spacious and comfy, but the screen porch is our favorite place to hang out. It’s located on a short culdesac close to the lake, so there’s no traffic buzzing by. It was a great base camp for our cycling adventure."

"We had a several day event at the Topeka Capitol building. The house fit our needs well. It was clean and had good parking for 2 possibly 3 cars in driveway. The beds were comfortable and towels soft."

"Overall, our stay in Lecompton was good. Communication for entry and leaving instructions were well done, complete, and easy to follow. The home was sufficient for our needs. Aunt Netter's cafe was very close (right around the corner) and had excellent food. ]"

"I felt fortunate to happen upon this hotel that was actually a 3 bedroom apartment. Had a full kitchen so we were able to refreeze our ice and cook supper. Adults got to sleep in our own beds. Grocery store is less than 2 miles away and there is a coffee shop next door. We had a great stay. "
