"The room was decent, but many of the outlets and charging areas in our room weren’t functioning. The location was great, with plenty of things to do nearby. The price was fair, but having to get creative to charge our phones was a bit frustrating. Maybe we just ended up with a bad room. The staff was occasionally absent, though it seemed they were dealing with some call-ins."

"The room was recently updated, but there were smears of something brown on the bathroom walls. The breakfast was ok. The pool area was horrible. There was garbage all over, a pile of fingernail clippings by the hot tub, and the jets were broken, and all the windows and walls were covered in mold and algae. Severe need of a reno! In the game room, the change machine was broken, so unless you carried quarters, you could not play."

"We’re not from the area so we requested extra blankets and when the staff brought them up, they look like they were 50 years old. They had holes on them and were ratty and just torn up. It’s very weird very strange and the coffee in the rooms it’s kind of nasty tasty some offbrand could be a better well-known brand more options just in general other than that the property is excellent great location, easy parking for the hotel to validate 10 bucks a day nice and easy come and go as much as you want."

"My husband went downstairs at midnight because the people next to us were partying so loud. Finally at 12:45 they stopped so we asked for a new room change or else we weren’t gonna stay there another night. Most hotels to stay at at least give you a free continental breakfast. I think 1495 a person for breakfast is ridiculous. Most of the room looked clean though in the bathroom you can really tell that it wasn’t cleaned that well. The floor was dirty. The woodwork was dirty. very disappointed in the name of this hotel that the experience we had wasn’t good at all."

"The large pool area with the salt water pool was thoroughly enjoyed by my grandsons. The hot tub was large and very relaxing. The breakfast consisted of a waffle bar, another item my grandsons were extremely happy about. Our room was large and very comfortable. The staff that we interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable."

"Room and guest spaces like breakfast area and hallways were clean. Plenty of parking. Relatively quiet property, conveniently next to highway. The amenities in the room were of medium to low quality - ripped towels, uncomfortable bedlinens and fitted sheet that kept popping off the bed, polyester coverings that were really warm to sleep in, sunken in mattress... air conditioner was decent but not great. Slept poorly both nights because the bed was just uncomfortably warm and the AC did not adequately cool the room. Breakfast on Saturday morning was decent but lackluster. Better stocked on Sunday. There was a lack of professionally dressed and pleasant workers stocking the breakfast area."
