"We absolutely loved our stay at The Broadview. Staff were lovely, check-in thorough and detailed, room was exceptionally romantic, warm, rich and inviting. Products in the room were very high quality. Loved the record player and the records. Our player was missing a needle which was promptly replaced. Only odd thing was no TV channels, which was fine for us (we didn’t stay there to watch TV), but I could see that as an issue for some.
