Our stay was great! The best part for me was the pool and the location, quick access to the highway. I was a little disappointed with the marijuana smell in the stairwell. Also, they didn’t have cream for my coffee either morning. I must also say Raj at the front desk was awesome! Well done Raj!

The rooms were clean, and staff was very polite. Breakfast was awesome. Although we didn't get to swim in the pool, it looked very clean. Pleased with our stay here. Thank you.

The staff are rude and inconsiderate, no customer service. The breakfast buffet that they say is not that, it is a continental style, with boiled eggs, no meat. The waffle mix is always empty, the milk is empty. The gym was closed all 4 days. THERE WAS NO HOT WATER FOR 4 DAYS, so no showers. Each time brought up to the person working the desk they just said issue with tank and it comes and goes. But not one of them had the same story of when it started. NO OFFER of compensation!!!! Had to complete my stay as it was paid in advance. They also said they would do a $200 pre-authorization on the room - it was $581 instead. When I asked about it, said they would fix it and when I checked out 4 days later, still not fixed.

We enjoyed the quick response by the front desk when our TV wasn't functioning. The suite that we were assigned was much nicer than expected. Large living room with Tv and rollout couch. Kingsize bedroom was extremely comfortable...to the point that we early risers actually stayed in bed for the first time in years. The bathroom was small but more than acceptable. Breakfast in the morning was in a nice large area, it was continental, with bagels & toast to make yourself. Boiled eggs. Pastries & muffins. We would have given it a 5 star except at 2 a.m. a bunch of squealing vehicles, with fighting screaming 20 somethings woke us in the parking lot. They proceeded to jeep us awake as they came & went from the room beside ours for 3 hours. That may also be the reason we slept in.

Nice looking hotel, disappointed exercise room was closed as it was one of reasons I selected this hotel. No do not disturb signs for doors so room was made up. Maid moved my things around- not okay. Took away my bath mat, left no replacement. Moved garbage can I had relocated due to being left handed...despite me still being there for another night -so leave things where I put them! Door frames, bathroom wall near counter, electrical receptacles were all dirty and grimy. Could see other people's fingerprints on cupboard holding fridge and on dresser drawers...cringe.

The bathroom had bugs, blood and make-up stains on the walls around the vanity area and toilet. The light switches needed sanitizing. The shower stall grout work could have used some bleach to remove the black mould build-up. I lysoled some of the light switches as well as the tv converter. It was not a good choice for a stay at $140.00.

Currently this is being used as a hostel/shelter so people are constantly coming and going … it’s loud people in the hallway by your room door talking on phone .. no security rooms dirty and mold in bathrooms no hot water for shower forget the internet since everybody is on it …. Would never stay again!!!

Swimming lessons in pool
The pool had people giving swimming lessons in it, so there wasn't mush room for my kids and I to play. The TV didn't work (Rogers box) took a while to get it fixed, then it didn't work again.

Stains on sheets and pillow cases. Washroom was disgusting. I wouldn't even wash my dog in that shower. Overall this is a poorly maintained and operated hotel.

Just so so.
The room was good. The area they put us was bad. Very noisy. Vacuuming at 5 a.m., neighbour room had a loud call at 3 a.m. so much so we had to call front desk to shut him up, lots of talking outside our room at 7 a.m.. The staff was very nice and should only put business people on the main floor. Retirees should be placed in quieter area.
