They helped to call my last hotel, seeked for their help to the room I stayed lastly, and arranged with them to send it back by courier. Thank you very much for their nice help. "Beautiful lobby with breath taking views of Lake Ashi, with modern amenities and plenty of Japanese touche. Free shuttle bus to Odarwa station and the fact Hakone ropeway and Pirate ship is only 5mins walk away. There’s coffee in the lobby and ice tea to settle in when you arrive. The onsen is great for those who dare to bath naked or you can opt for private onsen for a fee. Live the fact they had 2 electric massage chairs just outside the baths to wind down. Also you can book for massage at their onsite facility. Breakfast and dinner buffet was great - the only down side was it was repeated so could get a little boring if you stayed more than 2 nights. Overall, highly recommend this place. Came with my two kids who were under 10."

"What a great hotel/rycon. I wanted to experience a traditional Japanese inn. This is it. From my arrival to leaving the staff did a wonderful job making me comfortable and welcome. Kiseke dinner was notable with six courses or more of Japanese meals. Service was as good as it gets best I’ve ever had. Onsen is notable as well. There are indoor and out door baths. My room was special- very large and spacious no shoes worn in the rooms a wonderful sitting area overlooking lake ashi and best of all a wonderful view of Mount Fuji! So special having morning coffee looking out over huge picture window and Mount Fuji. It’s pricey but worth the experience in every way. "
