« Appartement mezzanine spacieux mais salle. Le jour de la remise des clés nettoyage pas fait, sol et mobilier poussiéreux. Nous y avons passé 7 nuits, au bout du 5jrs un nettoyage gratuit est proposé mais rien n'a été fait. Ils ont juste dépose des serviettes et des boites de lessives sinon c était toujours aussi salle qu avant. Nous avons du réclamé un balai pour faire le ménage nous mm. Canapé lit à l étage cassé 1517 »

« I left briefly after I arrived because there was people there & she did not try to work with me it was very frustrating while trying to get in contact with her she kept picking up & hanging up on my face even multiple attempts of Expedia contacting her I didn’t want a full refund because I understand her policy but she didn’t try to work with me for a solution. »
