Clean rooms, excellent breakfast, and great location close the to train station and centre of Malmo.

Great location close to Tivoli and with many restaurants walkable. Nice lobby area with games and books available as well as table football, table tennis, and exercise equipment (outside). Large comfortable bed (two singles joined) and lovely quilts. BUT the bottom sheet wasn’t big enough so was permanently in a tangle. The room itself was quite basic - there was a kettle but only paper cups: coffee and tea supplies obtainable in the lobby. Inefficient shower, very low water pressure and took ages to heat up. The included buffet breakfast was in a sort of canteen - plenty of food but don’t expect a full English, and staff wiped down table after table with the same cloth, no spray. However it’s worth remembering that it’s only a 3-star hotel and good value for the location if you don’t expect too much.

The property is on the 3rd floor. It will be helpful to list this (I did not recall seeing it). It is not a major issue for us, but it can be for others. Free parking under the supermarket across the street. Quiet street - not many cars passing through. Few minutes walk to the train station. Very easy access to Copenhagen centre - about 30 minutes.
