"It was a wonderful experience for us, who were looking forward to experiencing Japanese culture through a bath.
We are very grateful for the polite and prompt response of the staff and the good location of this inn.
We would like to recommend this inn to everyone.
We would like to visit again."
"I enjoyed my solo trip here for the weekend! I was alone and the room was suitable for me. the bathtub with the shower came in handy when walking all day a warm bath to soak feet was amazing! the tv had Netflix! I will be staying here again when I want to come to Osaka! "
"Not a bad stay here! The staff were friendly and the first night we stayed was quiet. The second night there was some people being loud in the hall and made it difficult to sleep. There is also almost no water pressure in the shower if you are using hot water which I didn’t like. The room was a decent size and the beds were comfortable. "
"We enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable with good ac. While a small room, very small washroom, common in Japan, it was clean and functional. Breakfast was enjoyable as well, be aware it is more Japanese than western. Good with us, but others might have a different idea and be disappointed. "

"Aside from the onsen, this hotel offers free ice cream,
probiotic drinks and late night ramen. Rooms are a bit tight and we can’t wear shoes inside the hotel. Stayed here as a family of 4."
