The room can contain 4 to 5 people for a family with up to 2 to 3 kids. We can see people walking on the street from the window. Staff was great but there was one night where the elevator didnt work and of course I was on the 5th floor and the onsen looked sad and not kept up well. They put community brushes in there which i think is disgusting and it just didnt feel clean in there.
