Environment is safe for family even walk outside at night. Room is large enough to open 3 luggages, still have space, corridor and dinning room and sofa for my family total 3 persons. It does have a nice bathroom, washing machine, and air conditioner. The negatives are that is was pretty dusty in some places, like it hadn’t been fully cleaned, and the beds were pretty cheap, one of them being partially held together with a zip tie. Also the area is pretty rundown. A few blocks away it is much nicer. For the price it is a very reasonable stay, the biggest problem for me was the cleanliness of the AC and the balcony. This is an unmanned facility so I don’t believe they clean as well as other hotels, but other than the AC being very dusty everything else was fine. A very average hotel room but spacious. If you have the budget I would recommend some place else, but this is by no means a bad place to stay. The room had a horrible sewer smell in the shower and bathroom. It stunk so bad that we could not use the bathroom or shower for two days. They came to clean the bathroom but It did not help. We are in process trying to obtain a refund. The staff does not speak any English and they have zero staff on property if there is any issue. Do not stay here unless you like dirty rooms and speak Japanese. The entire room smelled of sewer. It took very long to check in and there were multiple repeated steps. For example, the hotel required to verify passports twice--first by taking a picture of it and upload it, then it also required to verify theough a live virtual agent once again. And each person was required to do so. We were standing in a very small area with multiple luggages and this process was extremely cumbersome.
