Stayed at this place for 8 nights. RIHGA PLACE HIGOBASHI is in a great location for shoppers because it is between Namba and Umeda. Staffs are nice and able to communicate in English. Room is really clean plus alternative room services everyday to stay at. We could choose services between full services or limited services. We really appreciate our stay at this place.

Over all a good option though the area of town is a business district so not ideal if you are looking for a walkable option to other tourist attractions. It is right next to a subway line though so moving around the city is easy. Something that could use improving is the washing of the comforters as I found long hairs on mine.

We have been sending our luggage to our next hotel without a problem the whole trip but this hotel doesn’t offer that service. Told us to it ourselves with 7-11. And very rude about it too.

Sold as a double room but 2 people would struggle in this room as it was small even for 1 person. The toilet was so close to the bathroom door you had to step over it to get into the rest of the bathroom. I was on the 11th floor but the outside noise was excessive.

Really close to the subway and bus stops, also has a 711 and Starbucks outside. The bathroom and room definitely had a bit more space than other hotels in japan.

Great place to stay. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Convenience store is close by. Front desk staffs was very nice and professional!

The hotel was very nice, but it's in a business area. Restaurants around close very early or need reservation.

Good breakfast. Comfortable bed and no smell in thr rm and bathrm. Little crowded for 3 people but useful to have hangars on the wall

Good place
Close to the metro stations and kombinis!! The room itself has a good size, the bed is big for the Japanese style but the pillow were were very firm couldn't sleep very well !! The staff were very friendly and helpful!! Overall was a good stay

Everything was good but the room we chose and booked from Expedia, was unavailable in the hotel while check in. But the room I wanted was much expensive. I mean they advertise one room, but they give you another room while check-in.

Good place
Helpful staff that spoke just enough English. The room is small but that's normal here. The bathroom is a little more roomy than others we have seen. The biggest plus is the fast connection to the southern city center.

Good but...
It was good. Rooms are small but if you are solo you can manage. Breakfast was basic made up mostly of salads. I think they need to add more fruits, vegetables and breakfast cereals.

Room air conditioning / heater was centralised. Unable to adjust room temperature from the room. Our room was too hot, we had to open the window which was actually unsafe if you’re staying with small kids.
