The location could not be better for exploring Osaka, and there were plenty of great food options nearby. We were traveling from America and not used to the water heater settings, but the staff was very quick to communicate with us and incredibly helpful. It is within 15 minutes walk to Namba station and very close to the Kuromon market. Although it is next to the highway, I can't hear much noise (at 4th floor). The room is also very clean and tidy. We stayed for total 10 days. The apartment hotel was quite spacious, definitely much better then most japan hotels in the same price range. Fully equipped with good appliances (washing machine, balcony drying rack, gas stove top, good non stick pots/pans/utensils , small toaster oven, microwave, mid size fridge freezer, kettle, clothes steamer, hangers in a mid size wardrobe with a deodorizer/sanitizer spray) host instructions before arrival and on arrival were clear and prompt. Super informative helpful booklet in apartment with English details on how to use operate everything (lights, heater etc). Area around is residential, loved that there was a big supermarket just 5min away, also 2 family marts. The closest metro/ JR line is 15-20 mins walk away. It's not that ideal but I think quite unavoidable for Osaka in general.
