We were amazed by how nice everything in the area was. The hotel was very clean and right next to a 7-Eleven, making connivence shopping easily accessible. It’s even a few blocks away from the river in Osaka! The staff were very friendly and welcoming and helpful with questions and the check-in procedure. The room was very clean and quiet, equipped with both a high-tech shower and toilet with incredible hygiene products. The beds were also perfectly firm and comfortable.
