The property itself is very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Staff is very responsive and helpful! Also, be sure to take advantage of their freeluggage storage (9am-5pm) at their main Sakimoto building right across Namba station. The accommodation was generally very good. For a couple the room was unexpectedly large. Beds were comfortable and heater was easy to control. The internet however was very flakey, dropping constantly. This particular hotel doesn't have staff at the front, but it was easy enough to communicate with staff at the Central location (I made the mistake of trying to check in twice and they called me in the lobby). We also sent our bags ahead (to the Central location) and they delivered our bags to our room before our arrival. However, staff were very responsive by intercom and email. We had a 4 person room for 2 people so very roomy by Japanese standards. Staff, though we never saw them, were quick to respond to any issues. You need to be able to do self check-in and out by scanning QR code etc. Within walking distance of many local attractions, minimarts etc and laundromat on the corner. Sef-contained having small fridge, microwave, hotplate etc so you don't have to eat out all the time. Could do with updating supply of dishes and cutlery as not enough for 4 people even though it's a 4 person room. Separate bathroom to toilet is good too.
