Dear Trang,Thank you for choosing the Hilton Osaka as your destination hotel in your recent visit.I am a firm believer that feedback such as yours helps us to become better and therefore very appreciative, thank you.As you mentioned, we are one of the older hotels in Osaka and we are in the midst of an aggressive and vigorous renovation process. We have recently finished a complete digitization of the key systems of the hotel and refurbishment of all elevators in the entire building has started. Next month the replacement of Televisions and other electrical devices in the guest rooms will begin. As for our King Size bed, is not actually two beds pushed together; these beds were designed to convert to both types according to the preference of our guests. Although the box-spring like structures below the mattress are two separate pieces, the bedspread that the guests actually lay upon are convertible to King size or two Twin size.
