When we first arrived at our room, we found: 1) pubic hair in the bathtub 2) hair in the floor drainage area 3) hair around the bidet 4) brown stain on the toilet seat that I had to use a paper towel to chip off 5) dust on the foot of bed, table and window (I’m allergic to dust) 6) empty bottle at the bottom of the bed We’ve stayed at many different 3 star hotels in Tokyo and Osaka during this trip.
