The staff and service are fine. But the building condition is horrible, to start with there is no soundproofing so no need to worry if your alarm doesn't wake you up, the guest in the next room will do the job by simply coughing or talking. Not to mention the sound from the bathroom and the sewage pipes, if you are a light sleeper, get your earplugs ready. Speaking of bathroom, they have the smallest bathtub I've ever seen, it is impossible to turn around standing in it without touching either wall or shower curtain.
