That is not correct. There is a laundry ROOM on the 11th floor with 3 washers and 3 dryers. I specifically chose this hotel for a washer/dryer in the room. Also there is a microwave in the laundry room. It seemed a lot of people used the microwave to heat up their food. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. There is an electric kettle in the room that was useful to make coffee. My feedback about housekeeping is mixed. It's great that you can get a fresh set of towels every day, but they are the thinnest towels you can imagine. Towels are left on the door but not exchanged. Room clean is every other day. That was clearly stated at check in. However, it's the minimal of cleaning. I happened to drop something under the bed and used a flashlight to see. There was a thick layer of dust underneath. The hotel's location is amazing. There are shops and restaurants across the street. There's a Family Mart next door. Staff was understanding about our wanting the room to be cool. They kept adjusting the temperature for us.
