[More information](https://www.expedia.ca/lp/b/content-guidelines) 10 - Excellent 1 8 - Good 0 6 - Okay 0 4 - Poor 0 2 - Terrible 0 ### 6.0 Cleanliness ## Reviews Verified ### 10/10 Excellent #### Verified traveller Apr 8, 2020 Liked: Room comfort #### ツッコミどころはあるけれど、かなりオススメ。 価格と立地と広さを考えたら最高と言わずにはいられない。長期滞在するなら絶対ここがおすすめ。 あえて、気になる点、悪い点を挙げれば・・・ ・ワンフロア1戸なので静かといえば静かだが、他のフロアは空室かオフィスのようで、夜間部屋に一人でいると、大きな建物に一人ぼっちのような気がして少し怖いような気もする。大勢で利用するなら問題なし。 ・備え付けの食器、調理器具類はあまりキレイではなかったので、紙皿や紙コップが必須。近くにコンビニや24時間営業のスーパーもあるので、買い出しには困りません。 ・掃除は完璧とは言えない（椅子の脚にほこりや髪の毛がたっぷりついていて引いた）けれど、見なかったことにして過ごした。 ・ベッド、ソファは快適（ベッドが普通より高くてよかった）だけど、ベッド木の台がマットレスより大きくてはみ出しているので、滞在中何度か足をぶつけて痛い思いをした・・・。ソファにはしみがいっぱいでちょっと不潔感あり。 ・インバウンド向けの施設のせいか冷蔵庫はニンニクの臭いがしみついていた。 ・シャワーの水圧は弱い。 ・洗面台の電気が切れていた。 ・チェックイン・チェックアウトの仕方がよくわからない。チェックアウトの仕方は結局わからなかったので、これでいいのかな？と自分流に解釈してチェックアウトしてきた。ダメなら連絡あるだろうと思っているが、今のところないので大丈夫かな。 ・スタッフにはほぼ連絡がとれない。連絡先として書かれている電話番号は自動音声のみ。室内のタブレットからビデオ通話できるが、いつもつながるとは限らない。 ・定員8人だが鍵は1本。8人で予約しても1本のみ。簡単に合鍵が作れるタイプなので誰か合鍵作ってないかちょっと心配。 ・チェックインは階段で二階に上がるよう前日にメールで指示があるが、実際には1階からエレベーターで上がることができる。重い荷物を必死に二階まで持って上がる必要がなかったことを後で知った・・・。 ・べランダらしきものがあるがドアは開かない。窓も開かない。開くのかもしれないが、私の力ではどんなにひっぱっても開かなかった。。。 ・洗濯機はあるが、干す場所がない。浴室乾燥機もない。 ・キッチンの窓にはブラインドがないので、隣接する他のビルの階段からキッチン内、リビングの一部が丸見え。お風呂上りに半裸でウロウロは要注意。 ##### Verified traveller Stayed 11 nights in Mar 2020
