There is no front desk and this is not a hotel but a serviced apartment. Check in requires you to wait for an email the day before you arrive which has instructions on how to enter the room. It’s a bit strange but it worked out fine for me. It’s very close to the Nankai train line and the Midosuji subway line. Only 1 stop to Namba so it’s convenient. I had some bad neighbors above my room the first 2 nights and I could hear their kids screaming and running while I was trying to sleep. The other nights it was silent. The room is quite spacious for Japan (I have lived in smaller) and the TV in the bathtub was a bonus. Overall I think it was a good place to stay. As an extra note I would say be careful around here at night.
