It was not obvious that it was a “love hotel”. I got in late from Chicago with three big suitcases. No one helped me in, she watched me struggle. Then I got to the room, which was very clean, but had very kinky stuff in it. I was not expecting that.

For the price, it’s practically a luxury hotel by Japan standards. Huge room, nice big bath and bed, although the bed was a bit hard. It’s super close to the airport too, which is a plus for travelers. It is a love hotel so be aware of that, haha. Would stay again.

Great value and experience.
What a great surprise! I did not know what to expect, but I was very happy with this property. It is close (1K) to the Itami Osaka International airport. There are 2 train stations on the Hankyu Takarazuka Line, both about 1K/ 20 minutes' walk. Taxi rides from the airport/stations were about 1000 yen. The hotel was very clean and the staff very polite and helpful. The was no restaurant, but the entire menu was room service. I paid extra for the breakfast, and it was delightful. It is an adult only hotel with the amenities that implies. There is a change machine so you can buy from the in-room mini bar/fridge. There is a slot machine, and a vibrating chair. The bath is oversize with a Jacuzzi. The floors are marble and everything was clean. I had never stayed in and adult hotel before, so it was a very pleasant experience. The price was an exceptional value. My thanks to the management and staff for excellent service.

Location is good because it was about 10-15 min walk ( 5min by taxi) from the airport. However, there were no convenience stores or restaurants near by. Also no restaurant in the hotel. Room service is available but it costs much more than the regular restaurant price.

Seriously - Adults Only
Booked based on location and cost/value. Room was huge with every amenity imaginable for an adult-y stay.Tub and shower set up was amazing. Breakfast was so-so, but courtesy shuttle to airport.

I liked everything. The only issue was that the staff's English was not developed. I only recommended that since Osaka is a large tourist area m more English speaking individuals were working the front desk.

The room was very unique, and so many amenities! Loved the massage chair and jacuzzi tub. Being so close to the airport, it can be loud when the planes take off/land, but fortunately, with the windows closed, you can barely tell what's happening outside. There's also blackout sliders so you can sleep in past 5am when the sun comes up. The room itself did smell of stale cigarettes, but we were able to air it out. Overall, a great room and hotel.

Nothing interesting around this hotel but there was a good choice of places to eat within walking distance. Hotel staff were super friendly and the Japanese style spa area was very nice and larger than I expected. It had a really reliable airport transfer included. For a stop off from or too the airport I would highly recommend.

Nice and spacious, and close to the airport. Very roomy for the price, and generous with stuff like facilities/toiletries and such. It can be a bit noisy - major road is right next to it, as are some train tracks. It does have a distinct "also available by the hour" vibe, which I didn't particularly mind but might be something to keep in mind for the easily scandalised.

Nice and big accomadation, staff are nice and helpful, the only need to improve is provide transport from hotel to airport. Don't mind pay for transport instead of pushing languages for 15 minute to airport. Especially when is raining.

Possible choice near Itami Airport in Osaka.
This hotel was close to the airport. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but you can order food which will be delivered to your room. The bed was comfortable and the room was large unlike most hotel rooms in Japan. Hotel provided free transportation to the airport. HOWEVER, be aware that this is an adults-only hotel which means that the rooms are set up for activities which are not typical of most hotels.

Cheap older world style hotel in excellent condition. Very large room with spa bath 15 minute walk to Osaka Itami terminal. No restaurant but had good in room meals.

The room with a king bed and a massage chair was wide and clean. The bath tab was big and produces jets and bubbles. The hotel is 14 min walk from the ITM airport, which is a bit far. It is also 14 min walk to Hotarugaike station of monorail and Hankyu.

Yes, it's a love hotel, but it's awesome. Clean and large rooms, lots of amenities like a massage chair and whirlpool. Better than the much more expensive business hotels I used. And it's a short 10min walk to Itami airport.

I was shocked when we entered the room. It should be R-rated. I don't even want to go into details. It should not be offered to tourists! We were probable the only people with the language at this hotel. We booked it because of the closeness to Osaka airport. It should not be advertised on Expedia!

It is 12 or 13 min walk from Osaka airport station. The room is wide and clean but I spent some time stopping music from a game machine and tv. Once they are stopped, everything was fine. The bath tub has jets and bubbles. I enjoyed lying on a massage chair.

Great if you love a hot room
Good big room very close to Itami Airport (easy walking distance). The only problem was the hot temperature of the room and a very thick comforter (bed cover). Was not able to turn thermostat low enough to feel comfortable. Because of this, not much sleep to be had.

Fantastic Hotel near Airport
Don't be put off by the "love" hotel. This truly is a first class establishment. As long as you can overlook the discreet sexual references, you will have a great night. The room was very large! Extremely clean and with many amenities. My wife and I had an overnight layover in Osaka as we were traveling to Okinawa the following morning. The hotel is literally right next to the airport within walking distance. The staff was very sweet and accommodating. We did not know this was an "Adult" Hotel when we first checked in. We had our suspicions upon viewing the various lingerie for sale behind the lobby desk. When we entered the room, we were blown away by the size of not only room but the bed, tv, bathroom, etc. Our suspicions were confirmed when we discovered an extremely large vibrator hidden away in the corner of the room. We had a great laugh 😂 and then ordered some food from room service. As long as you're not prudish, you'll enjoy your stay. During the same visit, we stayed at a very expensive Crowne Plaza and a Resort on the island of Okinawa. The room at Fine Garden was superior. Great stay, room, and price. I couldn't recommend it more!

Luxury at a Bargain
Best deal for your dollar. Big comfy room with great amenities. Best if you have a car and can communicate in Japanese. TV would be very difficult to operate without some knowledge of Japanese. Watching movies with the projector and surround sound on the king size bed was great. Decent food choices but over-priced. No restaurants in the area and even the convenience store is a bit of a walk. Check out the free rentals available, everything from body wash to leg massagers free to rent. Would stay again.

I really liked this hotel. The room was large and had lots of amenities. The hallway smelled a little like smoke, but the room didn't smell like smoke at all. The hotel is only a 10-minute walk from the airport, and the airport has buses that go all over the city. There is also a bus stop right outside the hotel, but the bus only comes about every half hour (there is a schedule in the room so you know when you can catch it). It is also only a 12-minute walk to the subway. Even though this is an "adult" hotel, it was very discreet. I would be comfortable staying here with kids. The only issue was we did find adult films on the TV in the bathroom, but not on the TV in the living room.

The room was great - large, clean, quiet. The situation of the air conditioner was uncomfortable because it blew directly onto the bed. What really bummed me out and had an adverse impact on my stay was the absolute misnomer "Airport" hotel. I took a cab to the airport thinking I was close by. The cost for the cab was $201.61 - yes, that's more than my flight round trip from Korea and the room combined. I readily admit I might have investigated more, but it was a quick, unexpected trip. The proximity to the airport was so ridiculously far that I sincerely feel this hotel is advertised falsely, and it has left a pretty bad impression despite the hotel itself being pretty good.

Better than a "normal" hotel
This place is a love hotel, but don't think that means it's shady or gross. You certainly can get your privacy, but I have honestly never stayed in a nicer hotel than this, including some expensive Vegas hotels. I rarely shell out for a nice place, and didn't pay much more than I would for a 2 star hotel. What I got was a hot tub, massage chair, free karaoke and gaming console service in a clean, fresh, sound proof room. My girlfriend decided to use room service, something I'd never pay for, but it was fast and quite private, coming through a special little box with a buzzer to let us know when they were delivering the food and when they had left. Honestly, if all love hotels in Japan are like this place, I may never stay in a regular hotel ever again!

very convenient to Itami airport
This hotel is at a very easy 12 minute walk from Itami airport. Perfect if you need to catch an early morning flight. Quality of room, bathroom, etc. was excellent. Much better than what I usually stay at. I am glad that I was able to see what a love hotel is. Only thing missing was a convenient place for my suitcase (except on the floor) -- since a suitcase would be irrelevant for normal patrons of a love hotel.
