The rooms are large enough for two people with lots of luggage (it was our last stop before flying out). Staff are friendly, there is free bread and coffee for breakfast if you are up early enough. Location is good, close to Dontonburi and Shinsaibashi (good shopping and food). Also its an easy walk to Round One which was so much fun. Central location for exploring very near to Dotonbori street. The breakfast amenities were a nice touch with different pastries each day and juice and coffee. We stayed 5 nights and were told our room would get cleaned once in the middle of our stay which was written on our card, so we tidied up the room to find it hadn’t been done, then was cleaned the day before we left so a little pointless. Pero el personal tiene pésima actitud, concretamente la chica que nos recibió el día del check in y que seguíamos viendo los días siguientes. Le pedimos una almohada adicional y ya que terminó de hablar por su teléfono celular nos dijo que no era posible. El hotel, por otro lado, es sucio en las áreas comunes. Los huéspedes deben sacar su ropa sucia y su basura al pasillo de cada piso, es realmente desagradable. El check in a las 4 es pésimo. No lo pondere correctamente al reservar, pero es muy desagradable llegar cansda a tu hotel y no poder descansar u rato, cuando las habitaciones están listas desdé horas antes, ya que el check out es a las 10 am. En los demás hoteles llegamos antes de las 3 (hora del check in) no a las 4 PM como en este hotel de Dotomboti, y en ésos otros hoteles me permitieron ingresar a mi habitación, porque ya era como 1 o 2 horasantes del check in. Total, en comparación con los otros 3 hoteles que conocí en éste viaje a Japón, éste hotel de Dotomboti está Pará no volver.
