Well, I expected a different hotel. It doesn’t have any crystal as it’s name suggests. On the contrary. The rooms are horrible!! Too small, uncomfortable and the windows had a strange glass that stopped the view from being effective. No view at all. Breakfast is ok for Asians. There’s no room services 2 bottles water for 4 nights.
