The wet room, hair dryer etc were great. Cleaning was a major let down, there were stains on various walls and you can tell they are stains and were never cleaned. We stayed for 4 days and the table wasn't cleaned once. For those of you coming from the airport... note that you need to go to Saksaisuji-Honmachi station ... not Honmachi station (it's a one stop after train change at Honmachi station) ... or else you will drag your luggage 700m which is not as near as it sounds.
