Staying at this property was a joy, the location was perfect, tons of great food spots and very close to Nagai Station which will get you right to Namba and other fun Osaka spots. Hissy started cleaning the place after 3 pm, and we ended up waiting until 4 pm on the street. Hossy got upset because we were waiting at the property for him to clean up and get the place ready. He kept yeling at us to leave the bags at the entrance of the unit and come back. At one point, he told me to find a new place if I don't like him. If I did not call VRBO, I may ended up waiting much longer outside... Very unprofessional! ##### Song U. Hossy was an amazing host and was well organized This was a really great place to stay in Osaka. Hossy was an amazing host and was well organized with information about the room, area and our stay. He spoke pretty decent English and had a great sense of humour. The unit was clean, which I loved. It was well stocked with many towels which was great as my husband and I have long hair. This is a small thing too, but I really appreciated the fact that there was a tea towel and kitchen cloth. Some of our other places in Japan didn't supply them. It was also very bright and didn't have a smell. We made delicious food in the unit but did end up going to a restaurant or two while there. We found an Indian place close to the train station that was very tasty. The huge park close by was lovely to walk through and I would highly recommend checking it out. The train is also very close by so it is convenient to get around. Thank you, Hossy, for making us feel well cared for and safe.
